What is included if I choose a design, or design and print package?

File formats supplied:

.ai – Adobe Illustrator Native File (editable)
.eps – Encapsulated Postscript (For remote printing)
.tiff – Tag Image File Format (Home printing)
.png– Portable Network Graphic
.pdf – Portable Document File (For proof use or printing)
.jpeg – High quality web ready file
.gif – Optimised web ready file
.bmp - Bitmap

Design and print packages include printing (letterheads and compliment slips) in full colour on one side onto 120gsm stock or 400gsm matt laminated board (business cards).
Delivery where applicable will be charged at cost - various options are available.
We can accommodate special colours, boards, print finishes and diferent quantities than those stated in the packages. Any changes in specifications will be confirmed in the order confirmation and project estimate provided.

How long does the logo design process take?

Your first logo concepts are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Although the length of time can sometimes vary depending on the current work volume the longest you will expect to wait is 5 days. The number of changes and approval time taken by you will determine when the final files are available. Once we have final approval your files will be available within 2 working days.

How can I use my logo?

We supply your final logo in industry standard file formats enabling you to use your logo for just about anything! All Bigwig logos and concepts are copyrighted as original works therefore you are free to receive copyright once payment is settled and we submit the final files.

How do I place an order?

Contact us by telephone or email so that we can discuss your project requirements in detail and explore options before providing an estimate. If you wish to proceed we will provide a written confirmation of your final order specifications.

How does payment work?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal and cheques in Pounds Sterling. Unless by prior agreement, we require payment for your project prior to commencing the design process. For orders in excess of £100.00, we require 50% of the total estimated project fee to commence work on your design and the balance upon completion of the project. Please note that all prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
